groped her. last month they dropped the sexual charge and charged him with generic assault and battery. this brought attention to an epidemic of sexual assaults in the military. >> today marks a new chapter in a educational news. dunbar high school known as the first african-american public high school has produced some of america's best. matt acklin was there for a ribbon cutting at the new dunbar high school. >> it is a shiny new structure fitting for what is commonly called america's first african-american public high school. the cost of this project $122 million. >> yes. i'm very proud what they did with dunbar. >> it was originally called the preparatory high school for colored youth in 18 70. it has educated some of america's top leaders. nick year old kathleen campbell

mid-70s. no sun to speak of until late in the day. we'll get a lot of sun out of the tuesday forecast after we get -- burn off low cloud cover climbing to 88 degrees. humidity very noticeable tomorrow but i think it will be higher wednesday. wednesday our temperature climbs to 90. storms are in the forecast again though thunderstorms expected thursday. >> temperature right now in the district not dropping very much. we're still at 72 degrees. nice night for football out at fedex no doubt about it. winchester one of the cooler spots at 64. frederick you're right there as well. we find stephenville over on the eastern shore 70 degrees. clouds are clearing out. there will be enough clear spots that because there's still some moisture at the lower levels fog will form later tonight. as soon as the temperature and dewpoint get closer together. just a few clouds with foggy spots around.

the district will drop 66 degrees. notice the wind direction out of the southwest. that heats us up. that brings in the humidity and we climb to 88 degrees. as soon as that sun breaks through by mid-morning. at 8:00 in the morning 72. by noon 84. by 4:00 o'clock our temperature nice and toasty at 88 degrees. so most of this seven-day forecast is going to feature temperatures that are close to or above average which is 86 degrees. hottest day wednesday. stormiest day friday and then we clear out. it gets refreshing and cooler and less tropically going into the weekend. i think this weekend could be awhatevered winning. get ready to enjoy. that we're going to send everything out to scott. he's out at fedex field and we got to be thinking there's a lot of redskins fans out there tonight -- >> scott smith. >> three weeks to the day redskins open the regular season here monday night against the
